Within the last year or so I have been unable to find any but the most recent of Paul Theroux's fiction titles in bookshops or Amazon.
Does anyone know why this is? The only fiction title I can see at the moment is Blinding Light. The travel books all seem to be available.
Amazon does offer second hand copies, but I am looking for new. |

| I just purchased Hotel Honolulu and The Mosquito Coast new thru Amazon. It took a couple weeks to get The Mosquito Coast, but it did arrive. It was cheap, too! |

Why don't you try sites like www.play.com, Amazon's UK site ( www.amazon.co.uk ) and www.abebooks.com. Altthough I have to work a bit for it, I always seem to find what I am looking for.
But it seems to be a trend now that older books by any writer is harder to find than it used to be. Maybe it has something to do with the internet age? |
